We aim for speedy delivery! While the delivery time can range from 1 to 3 working days based on your address, we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.Â
If you need to change or cancel an order please get in touch as soon as possible through the Customer Help section.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can change or cancel your order right away. If you wish to change or cancel your order after it has been dispatched we will need to wait until it has been delivered to arrange a return.

Shipping is FREE for all products across India at Aken.
No, there are no hidden charges such as sales tax etc. when you shop on Aken
You should only pay the amount specified on the invoice for your order. If you’ve been asked to pay anything additional, please let us know.

We confirm an Order ID only after our bank receives your payment. If your payment has been debited but we haven’t received it due to unforeseen issues, please contact us through the Contact Us section.
Our courier will deliver the package only after payment has been completed. Please refuse any package that appears to be tampered with.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Our shipments undergo thorough quality checks before leaving our warehouse.
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged during shipping or transit, you can request a replacement or refund within 15 days of receipt.
Step 1:
Go to Customer Help section
a. Call us on the provided number and verify your details. Then, specify the reason for your return.
b. Write to us through the given form. Provide your details and order ID along with your request to return, replace, or refund the order in the message. Please specify the reason for your return so we can improve our service in the future
Please also share an image of the product(s) for our reference.
Step 2:
Upon receiving your request, we will arrange for the pickup of the item based on the outcome of your request.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the products are returned to us in their original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Note: If a replacement is requested, it will be subject to stock availability. If the replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.

We initiate the refund immediately upon cancellations. The time for the refund to reflect in your source account might vary depending on the payment mode used:
1. If you paid using your bank/card/UPI, it will reflect in the source account within 5 to 7 working days from the time of refund initiation. Please note that this is the time taken by the respective banks or e-wallets to process your refund.
2. All you need to do, is update your bank details in My Account section. We will refund full amount to your default bank account.
If you haven’t recieved your refund after 5 business days of return/cancellation of the order. Please contact us as soon as possible through Contact Us section.
Once the Return ID is generated, we will provide you with a scheduled pickup date for your return. We will also inform you of the estimated refund date at that time via email/SMS.
Double-check that the code you’re trying to use is still valid and hasn’t expired.
You can track the return status under ‘Orders’ option in ‘My Account’ section.
We will notify you on the status of your refund or replacement via email/SMS.
